Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Orders will be shipped with DHL Express or GLS unless local pick up is specified. Elhanati ApS offers free economy delivery within Denmark. Elhanati jewellery is made to order, your order will be delivered within 1-14 business days from the time the order is accepted and depending on chosen shipment method and place of delivery.
Delivery of goods from Elhanati ApS is considered complete when the consumer has received the goods supplied.
Elhanati has no responsibility for delays concerning payment issues or customs clearance.
Returns & Cancellations
The right of return applies within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received outside this window may be accepted at our discretion. All special and custom orders are final sale. Unidentified returns will be returned to sender.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.
A returned item must come from the same country as which it was originally shipped.
All returns are presented to quality control for inspection. In the case of a return showing any trace of wear or use, creating a loss of value to the item, or returned without the original or damaged packaging, result in the return being rejected. Rejected items will be returned to the customer without reimbursement of the purchase price.
Any potential losses, due to currency fluctuations, will not be reimbursed in a credit card refund.
Cancellations are honored, by law, within 14 days of purchase without having to state reason.
To administer this right, inform Elhanati ApS (ELHANATI Atelier/Showroom, Bredgade 65, 1260 Copenhagen Email: shop@elhanati.com,Phone: +45 31 10 79 12) to send a declaration stating your repeal of purchase.
The cancellation will be granted within a 14 day window and Elhanati ApS will be obligated to refund payment and shipping costs effective within 14 days of receiving said appeal.
All Bespoke Jewellery is final sale, non-refundable. Once a downpayment is made, it is non-refundable.
