Orders

You may place an order through the Elhanati ApS website. To Order, click on desired item(s), fulfill size requirement (if necessary) and click "add to cart". Your purchase is only completed by proceeding to checkout. You are then required to provide accurate and authentic information including your real full name, billing and shipping details, valid credit card information and confirmation that the credit card being used is your own. A summery is displayed featuring a photograph of ordered item(s), its coloring and references, unit price and the total price of your order. Before you proceed, you have the option to clear, update or correct any errors in your order. After clicking ‘Place Your Order’ on the Checkout screen, your order will be submitted and you will no longer be able to make any changes or cancel your order, except as explained in the cancelation portion of this Terms of Conditions. Elhanati ApS retains a record of processed transactions for an unspecified length of time.

Elhanati ApS has the right to reject or limit an order due to pricing error, availability, payment issues or detection of fraud, as well as restricting the quantities to any one shipping address.

 

Colors & Shapes

The jewelry on our website is presented as accurately as possible. Clairity of images depends on your monitors settings, which means we cannot guarantee any and all colors as accurate.

Each piece of jewelry is uniquely hand-crafted and therefore shapes and sizes can vary. Stones, like opals and malachite, which are exceedingly unique in structure, will vary in tone, veining, and overall appearance.

 

Complaints

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to report any defects or imperfections within 24 hours of delivery.

Within Danish law, the customer has 24 months to file a claim on an item. Elhanati ApS has the right to refuse repair, refund, credit, or replacement on any damaged items caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or daily use which cases natural wear. If you choose to dispute a complaint, your case may go into arbitration through The Danish Competition & Consumer Authority. Any and all expenses accrued during this process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Price & Payment

Elhanati ApS accepts Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.

We do not accept payment in the form of gift cards or store credits from any of our retailers. All prices on Elhanati ApS (www.elhanati.com) includes VAT.

Pricing is geo-based and applicable to your order at the time the order is accepted.  The final price is calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Elhanati ApS is not liable for any delay in payment from the card issuer.

Please be advised that orders from outside of the EU may be subject to custom fees upon arrival in your country. These expenses are not covered by Elhanati ApS.

By purchaing from Elhanati ApS you authorize Stripe to undertake additional security checks, if necessary, to confirm your order.


Intellectual Property

By ordering from Elhanati ApS you confirm that any and all purchases are for personal use and will not be extended for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.  All text, graphics, software, photographs, trademarks and logos are the property of Elhanati ApS and are not intended for unauthorized display or reproduction. This will result in legal action taken by Elhanati ApS.
